Accueil impeccable à l'entrée. Belle salle à manger, atmosphère feutrée, mais belle lumière. Carte de brunch courte, classique. Nous avons pris l'assiette bénédictine, une au jambon à l'os (jambon vraiment excellent) & l'autre au saumon fumé (Bonne, mais il s'agit de saumon fumé à chaud. Comme le goût diffère grandement du fumé à froid, il faudrait le mentionner sur le menu.) Mention pour les très bons fruits frais & surtout pour les patates rissolées, les meilleures jamais mangées. Service inégal. Globalement, je le recommande sans réserve, pour un brunch classique de qualité.

Bonne bouffe. Les forfaits pour les gens qui ont une chambre à l'hôtel sont un peu compliqué à comprendre. Service était bien. Belle atmosphère.
