Ma mère & moi avons été conquises par notre souper, pris en table d'hôte- 5 services, le 18 août 2022. Le repas était délicieux. Le menu est recherché & la saveur est présente. Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service à la clientèle . J'ai beaucoup apprécié Nathalie, Rodrigue , Kévin & les autres membres de l'équipe.

Belle ambiance, serveurs chaleureux, bon service. Moi, j'ai commandé la fondue parmesan en entrée & comme plat principal, le canard confit (suggestion du chef). Puis j'ai pris un verre de Cono sur bicicleta organique du Chili. Le tout était succulent!

Mon mari a commandé la crème d'asperge en entrée & la brochette de boeuf comme plat principal. Il a été déçu parce qu'il avait demandé médium-saignant pour le boeuf & il a plutôt reçu une cuisson presque crue.

Both egg dishes we tried for brunch (Benedict & Omelette)were perfectly prepared & presented with a generous serving of fresh fruit, toast & coffee. Service & ambiance cheerful & efficient. Our new favourite restaurant in Quebec City. We will will return at every opportunity.

Avons adoré notre soirée. Nourriture & service furent excellent. Cependant climatisation trop forte & trop froide à notre table . Avons demandé un ajustement qui n'a pas reçu de suite . Ça coûte la cinquième étoile & laisse un questionnement pour le futur . Vraiment dommage .

J'avais demandé des oeufs sur le plat, le serveur à immédiatement retourné à la cuisine pour revenir avec les mêmes oeufs hachés. Après avoir fait la remarque on ma servi des oeufs brouillés.

J'avais un coupon rabais de 15% que l'on m'a donné à l'hôtel. Je n'ai pu l'utiliser ni le soir ni le matin!
