Le souper d'hier & le déjeuner étaient excellents. J'ai demandé si Fenoullère était l'endroit où on cultivait le fenouil. Sans réponse (au Poitou). J'ai demandé si c'était de la saucisse de canard du lac Brome
J'ai demandé le menu Bw pour ce soir & on ne le savait pas encore!

J'ai regardé le menu sur internet il y'a des mots en anglais & plusieurs mots sans accent !

Dernière curiosité, pour sortir dehors on passe par une porte vitrée où on peut lire

Certaines peuvent lire Tirer même si écrit à l'envers & se blesser.

Il y a une possibilité de blessure dans la chambre !

Excellent, Superbe, Fantastic, Delicious. I went to this restaurant 20 years ago. It was a 5 star then & a 5 star now. The amuse Bouche was tuna tartre (wow). I had a salmon confit appetizer. For the main course I had a steak cooked to perfection with the most delicious carrots & mashed potatoes. Desserr was Quebecois cheese. Nothing like I have tasted before. Frais yet Fait. The only thing comparable to the absolutely delicious meal was the attentive wait Starr. It is worth a visit & book early. Absolutely fantastic.

Excellent service ! J'ai choisi l'assiette avec viande sauvage, le cerf est arrivé beaucoup trop cuit, on m'a proposé de le changer, ce que j'ai refusé. L'hôtesse, s'en est retournée en me mentionnant qu'elle ferait le message au chef. Lorsque j'ai reçu l'addition, le cerf avait été enlevé sur la facture, une attention très appréciée. Le plat aurait été savoureux avec une cuisson adéquate, je donne étoiles pour le service hors pair.
