Ce resto vaut totalement le détour
De passage pour une mini vacance dans Charlevoix, nous avons grandement fait notre choix par les avis & photos laissées par les autres clients…
Je rajoute mon commentaire à la longue liste des clients complètement satisfaits!!!
C’était délicieusement bon!!!

Tot i que el lloc potser no convida a entrar, molt bon menjar i bona matèria prima.

Molt bona massa de pizza, i la salsa de tomàquet increïble. Hem fet la pizza margherita di buffala ($22). La següent vegada, però, crec que preferiríem la margherita normal ($19).

La pasta també de bona qualitat. Hem fet la pasta Parpadelle carbonara Façon Autentique ($24, amb opció sense gluten +$3). Però mestranya que es digui “façon authentique”, perquè normalment la carbonara que he pres a Itàlia no porta ni ceba ni vi.

L’únic “però” era que no ens han donat carta, era un QR.

Si tornem a passar per aquí, és definitivament un bon lloc per parar.

Après plusieurs heures de conduite nous avons trouvé cette petite perle. Assises au bar, nous avons profité d’un spectacle en voyant les cuisiniers nous préparer nos pizza dans le four à pizza. Le tout était délicieux & le service était amicale, efficace & très plaisant. Nous le recommandons & nous reviendrons assurément.

Que vous soyez de passage où résident de la Côte de Beaupré, cette nouvelle brasserie Italienne est un incontournable. Je suis un amateur de pizza 🍕 style Napolitaine & leur sélection de pizzas est juste incroyable. J'ai eu du mal à choisir. Heureusement j'ai pu goûter celle que ma douce avait choisie. Je vais devoir y retourner & je vous encourage à faire de même. Inutile de chercher ailleurs, passer à la Grange vous ne serez pas déçu 😉

Comimos aquí al volver de Tadoussac, tristes por no ver ballenas, pero al probar sus platos la tristeza se esfumó…qué rico estaba todo!!
A parte de la pasta y el cannoli también comimos una ensalada de burrata y una pizza de muchos quesos 🤤

El local es nuevo y el personal súper agradable!

No se si volveremos pero lo recomendaremos y recomendamos 100%
