Risotto au champignon & tartare de boeuf à l'italienne. Restaurant où la cuisine est très bien faite & le service est exceptionnel. Vous pouvez imaginer que la combinaison des deux fait en sorte que ce restaurant est extrêment populaire dans la région. Les tables prêts des cuisine sont donc un peu bruillante en haute saison. Je vous suggère donc de favoriser la verrenda.
Dans l'ensemble, un endroit d'exception à garder dans votre carnet d'adresse si vous passé dans la région.

Je n'avais pas d'appréhension particulière lorsque j'ai commandé le rizotto aux champignons... Je ne suis pas quelqu'un de religieux ou même croyant, mais à chaque bouchée de ce plat, je fermais mes yeux & je pouvais voir Dieu !

Je ne suis pas quelqu'un de violent non plus, mais je tuerais sans hésitation pour un plat comme celui-là. C'est sans aucun doute la meilleure chose que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie jusqu'à maintenant & j'ai 47 ans & demie.

L'expertise culinaire se ressent à chaque bouchée, de la texture onctueuse à l'assaisonnement généreux en passant par la cuisson parfaite jusqu'à l'équilibre maîtrisé des saveurs... tout y est ! Même la portion est très généreuse & saura satisfaire n'importe quel appétit.

Ce fût notre première expérience & ce fut digne d'un voyage en Italie . Le sommelier pour l'accord met & vin c'est vraiment un service que nous avons apprécié. La variété du menu nous a vraiment étonné. Coup de coeur : Risotto avec queue de homard. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce moment inoubliable .

Service incroyable de Lucie, toujours souriante, accueillante, drôle, impossible de ne pas l'apprécier.
La nourriture goûte le ciel ( le risotto aux champignons est tellement bon qu'on se roulerait dedans), les portions sont généreuses, la présentation des plats est soignée, l'ambiance est relaxe & très cool. Notre resto coup de coeur 🫶🏻
