Une expérience sans faute !
Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un service soigné & particulièrement aimable.
Côté cuisine, c'est un sans-faute : les produits sont frais & les préparations sont véritablement raffinées. Les assiettes sont travaillées & arrivent bien chaudes à table, ce qui est très appréciable.
• Les plats : La joue de boeuf braisée était fondante à souhait & le filet mignon bénéficiait d'une cuisson absolument parfaite.
• Les desserts : Très fins & parfaitement équilibrés, ils n'étaient pas trop sucrés, ce qui permet de finir le repas sur une note de légèreté.
Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

Dominic is outstanding. The level of service he provides is some of the best I've seen. He went out of his way to make our experience memorable, even preparing restaurant & attraction recommendations for our stay. He represents the Marriott brand well, they're very lucky to have him.

J'ai passé la semaine à l'hôtel Marriott Courtyard & mes collègues & moi avons mangé l'un des meilleurs risotto aux champignons au 900 resto-bar. Sans oublier la tartelettes à l'érable & le brownie avec pacane grillées qui étaient succulent. Mathieu, Jonathan & Dominic, nous a offert un service exceptionnel. Je recommande fortement d'aller souper là-bas si vous séjournez à Québec.
