We arrived 20 mins before my reservation. Got seated & then got ignored for the next 20 mins. When finally the bartender took our drinks order, she brought the wine but not the beer & failed to let us know that they didnt have the asked beer. We had to ask to another waiter for the beer we didnt get 15-20mins ealier.
After, another waiter, maybe the owner or supervisor, finally took over & made the rest of the night better by making sure to take our orders & made everything smooth. He also took some items of the bill to make it up to us. In brief, the food was delicious, the ambiance was nice but the service was mehh.
The food is pretty good but it was very expensive considering the amount. The portions were tiny & I left feeling very hungry. The service was pretty good though, I just wish it wasn't so expensive since there was barely any food. I'm pretty disappointed overall.

Honnêtement, c'est un incontournable! Big up à Marianne en cuisine pour les succulentes découverte avec le menu dégustation, à Émile pour sa convivialité au bar à huîtres & à Fraise pour son apport en eau en continue (EXCELLENT SERVICE)
What a huge disappointment. Found the restaurant via YouTube local foodie. Staying in Old Quebec, wanted to get out to a neighborhood establishment. Uber there & back - $$. Get there & was very happy.. great Oysters (claim to be an oyster bar & only have 3 different oyster selections?) & cocktails, & never heard a restaurant playing a Black Sabbath tune. Servers were great but we're told they're'changing menus'. salad entre - don't have, mussels entre - don't have, fish entre - don't have....3 things we would ordered....the remaining entre's were meh... ended up drinking more than eating & going home hungry.
Ça fait trois fois que j'y vais, la deuxième fois, très bon service & bouffe excellente! On avait hâte de retourner mais la 3e fois, bouffe correcte mais service pitoyable. Nous sommes deux personnes issues du service en restauration & hier nous étions au bar & complètement oubliés. Rien de bon à mentionner sur le service de À à Z un flop.
Super bar à tapas, j'ai adoré la soirée. Même si on a attendu pour aller à notre table, ils nous ont fait patienter avec un petit mousseux, belle attention.
Excellente table à québec pour un prix très raisonnable. Mention spéciale au menu à l'aveuglette certains soirs de semaine pour 79$ pour deux personnes (nov 2024). Le staff est super sympathique & donne de très bons conseils sur le vin (très belle sélection) & la nourriture est toujours superbe & le menu change régulièrement. Parfait endroit pour un pti date night au bar !
Le service était exemplaire. Nous étions au bar & nous avions un spectacle ensuite, le service a été parfaitement orchestré pour nous permettre d'être à l'heure. Un gros merci! Nous avons passé une superbe soirée grâce à vous!
On donnerais 6 étoiles si c'était possible. On est déjà parti de l'Outaouais pour y aller. L'ambiance, le staff +++, que ce soit au bar principal, au bar cuisine, à la salle à manger. & les huitres...juste wow. Pour y être retourné plus d'une fois!
