Gf & I visited Quebec city for a week & this was our favourite meal we had. To start, Servers/food runners were very accommodating of our minimal French abilities which was appreciated. The blind tasting was delicious, well-timed, & we loved the variety of dishes it allowed us to try. Paired with a couple of cocktails, it was an overall great experience.

Nous avons pris le menu spécial à l'aveuglette. Tout était très bon, mais la quantité totale de nourriture insuffisante pour un appétit moyen. Par ailleurs, le service, bien que fort sympathique, était très lent; nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes entre chaque plat. Ça avait peut-être pour but de nous faire digérer & d'ainsi avoir moins faim - mais peine perdue, nous ne sommes pas ressortis de là entièrement repus! Ce fut une belle soirée malgré tout. Nous avons bu de délicieux cocktails & un très bon vin.

Loved the atmosphere & the cocktails!
The Oysters & blue cheese sausage were immaculate.
The Nashville chicken was a bit dry though but still good. Would love to try the tasting experience!

Définitivement un superbe endroit a découvrir! Délice culinaire hors du commun. Un service personnalisée & appliqué. Des cocktails réinventées. Les plats vaut largement sinon plus leurs prix. L'une de mes meilleures expériences de n restauration !!

Une soirée à la hauteur de mes attentes, c'était incroyable! Une diversité de goûts pour tous les plats & une découverte d'un nouveau restaurant favori. Je recommande pour une soirée entres amis, en couple ou seulement pour un verre. Les cocktails sont également délicieux!

Highly recommend!! We tried the blind dinner tasting menu on a Tuesday. It was absolutely delicious, well balanced flavors, something for everyone, I'm still dreaming about it. Cocktails were thoughtful & they had some very fun unique ones. The service was very good, everyone was kind & fun. Was our favorite meal in QC.

excellent service. Ambiance feutrée , détente autour d'un magnifique repas Les huîtres sont un wow ! Comme toujours à cet endroit; idem pour le poulet pané. Choix incroyable de bières en fut, plusieurs locales, & de cocktails. Bulles au verre j'ai mis un 4 car je trouve que les portions ont rapetissé & j'aurais aimé avoir une présentation de tartare plus'classique' & avec davantage qu'un seul croûton.

One of our favorite dinners in Quebec City! The food & drink (beer & cider) selection were all delicious, & while we didn't have cocktails they looked great. The oysters were fresh, & we loved the pork belly, cauliflower & fried chicken best. Cant recommend more!
