This place has by far the best food & wine I've had in town. The creativity of chef Benoit is on another level. The cured meats are made in house & are all exceptional. The seafood is surprisingly good & well presented. Will definitely be back in the near future!

Ce fut le meilleur repas de notre séjour de 7 jours au Québec. Nous avons pris des huîtres suivies du menu dégustation surprise. Nous nous sommes installés au comptoir de la cuisine, ce qui nous a permis de discuter avec le chef qui y travaillait & d'obtenir ses explications sur les différents plats. & le prix s'est avéré étonnamment raisonnable.

Magnifique, une expérience culinaire très agréable, chaque plat est un délice, je recommande fortement les huîtres grillées, les olives grillées, le jambon blanc, champignons sauvages sautés, & que dire du service impeccable.
