The resto is small & usually crowded but comfortable. Expect wait times to be about 30mins when busy. Burgers are great but not huge - good buns, soft but didnt get soggy, gravy was odd, possibly too thick. Milkshakes stole the show, the house made sodas are great too. Everything looks homemade. We all preferred the fries over the chips but both were good. Washrooms are not accessible (like most of Q city)

Fantastic sangria & best poutine. They use wedge fries & specialty toppings. I had the bulgogi, it was perfect!

A friend recommended their burgers but to our surprise the LA GRANO salad is outstanding!!! Seems like each ingredient was well thought & prepared to combine into a great dish.
The location is very nice too.
Now my wife wants to have lunch there again before we take off.

Everything about the meal & the drinks & their service was great. As a non-Quebecer, I assumed poutine was served over French fries, but they served their cheese curds & gravy over what I would call chopped potatoes. Despite the different presentation, it tasted great.

THE BEST MILKSHAKE OF MY LIFE! salted maple. BEST SWEET POTATO FRIES!!!! Sugar shack poutine was delish! This place is 5 stars & the surrounding area & sights from your seat make it even better!

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. I tried their green salad with a veggie patty & the La Fume poutine. Both were delicious! They also have pretty good options for milkshakes & juices. I visited this place during its peak lunch service. Despite the busy atmosphere, our server was attentive & helpful.
I noticed that burgers are very popular here, along with poutine. I opted for the poutine, & it did not disappoint. Although it was not the classic Canadian poutine with fries, but it was really good. The smoked meat & gravy tasted delicious 👏. The vegetable patty was fantastic too.
I plan to visit again to try a different dish from the menu.

We just went here with some friends & family. The service started out great with the staff being very nice & got us a table for 9 fairly quickly. Our waiter took our order quickly & the food came out shortly after. The reason for the 3 starts for service is when we were finished, nobody came with the bill nor checked on us. 20 minutes later, we then had to get the attention of another server, then we finally got our bill. The food itself was great & I'd 100% recommend the original poutine & the french vanilla milkshake. Would still recommend you to go just expect the longer wait time for the bill.

Quick bite at 11 am- 2 Le Chic burgers, poutine & 2 milkshakes & a hand crafted mango soda. Delicious, reasonably priced. Burgers good. Poutine are real potato chunks not French fries. Drinks great. Wouldn't hesitate to return for fast food fare. Credit card only no cash

As you can see, we ate it all & we forgot to take the picture. The food was amazing 👏. We loved the Bison burgers & the poutine was to die for. The service was quick & the staff were friendly. We highly recommend it. 😍😋

I grew up in LA, where burgers are as ubiquitous as freeway traffic jams. We had Tommy's (Beverly & Rampart, of course), Carney's, Fatburger, the Apple Pan, Father's Office, Big Jo's (closed), the Shack (closed) & the usual cast of ho-hum chains such as In-n-Out, Carl's Jr., Wendy's, Burger King, McDonalds, Foster's, Jack in the Box, etc. The bottom line is I know a good burger when I have one & the burger I had today at Le Chic Shack in Quebec City was amazing. I had their signature'Shack' burger & it was as delicious as any of the best from my home town.The beef patty is a substantial portion & it's well-seasoned. With all the fixings (including cheese), it's one sloppy burger but very tasty even if you end up finishing it with a fork & knife! Service is great, everyone was friendly & overall I give this place two enthusiastic thumbs up.
