Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Delicious poutine & fantastic service! Normally I'd be wary of eating somewhere so close to the tourist centre, but I visited Le Chic Shack based on the strong reviews, & was delighted to do so! It's an alternative gastro take on the traditional dish, so instead of fries / chips, you get cubes of potatoes, but they work well with the sauce & curds. I also had one with the mushroom ragu that really elevated the dish. The homemade spritzers are also really good. I also loved the service, really friendly & helpful, they were great! Moi & mon conjoint nous sommes vraiment décu de l'expérience reçu... Ma poutine resemblais plutôt à une bouette avec des patates non épluchée... Ses frites était molle & la sauce de son buger goûtais le surie. Ma sauce n'avais aucun goût. De plus, jamais la serveuse est venu nous demander si notre repas repondais à nos attente... Pour le prix, on s'attendaient à manger mieux que cela & avoir plus de service. Un Subway ou un McDonald auraient été meilleur... Le café & le lait frapper reste la meilleur partie de notre experience.View more

L'un des meilleurs burgers que j' ai mangé, je ne sais pas si la gentillesse & l'amabilité des serveurs l'a rendu plus bon mais ça aide fortement pour sûr. L'option de pouvoir customiser son burger pour manger sans gluten &/ou vegan est aussi à noter.View more
