C'était ma première fois à ce restaurant hier. Le service était parfait. Les deux serveurs était très très gentil, de bonne humeur & quand ils feraient une erreur ils sexcusait. Vraiment les employés sont vraiment à leurs affaire. Ils nous parlent & nous conseil. C'est loin de chez moi mais c'est sûr j'y retourne 😁 & la poutine de la poutine week était délicieuse. J'ai hâte de goûter à ce qu'il y a au memu. Toute avait l'air bon.

I absolutely fell in love with this branch! The location is stunning, especially with those massive glass windows offering a breathtaking view of the Fairmont. It's mesmerizing to just sit there & take in the scenery. The experience was made even better by their Poutine-it was delicious & honestly one of the best local dishes I've tasted in Quebec. Highly recommended!

In short, it was a piece of heaven & I was lucky to be served by two beautiful angels called Mélia & Sara

Rated as a high end poutinerie & diner. I got the braised beef poutine. Superb. Great service. & located right in the heart of old Quebec coose to the tourist attractions.

Interior has a nice vintage vibe, & the staff are super friendly

Ate here as a walk-in: had noted it was the closest restaurant to Chateau Frontenac where we were staying & the menu looked interesting.

Got seated without issue & ordered a burger, chicken burger & a poutine to share. We also ordered two boozy milkshakes (although we found out when the bill arrived that only one of the two contained alcohol - the Maple shake on the menu has a boozy cousin which is the one I ordered, but not the one I got).

The burger was good, but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked & chewy to the point I couldn't finish it. The poutine was very good - in a super savoury mushroom sauce & served with grated cheddar.

Service was OK but largely absent (I think tables in the window where the customer is facing outward can cause this unfortunately).

We ordered a poutine, & it was ok, & a bison burger that was delicious, we just thought the burger was too small compared to other restaurants! I recommend it!

Excellent emplacement dans la vieille ville. Malgré le monde, nous avons été assis & servis rapidement. La poutine était excellente, même si certaines parties du plat étaient froides & d'autres brûlantes.
Prix très corrects pour la quantité dans le plat & la qualité.
Le chic cola est très bon!

For a view of the Chateau & some great milkshakes this is good! The poutines was not my favourite but the burger was solid!!

Okay so… starting off on a positive note: the burger was amazing. Very well done & delicious. However the poutine was EXTREMELY disappointing. The potato was cold & cube shaped. Like cold old fries. The sauce was thick & not warm to melt the cheese. & we asked for extra sauce cuz the poutine was DRY & they charged us extra For it. Unbelievable. We asked for extra cuz we were eating cold dry poutine…!!!!! Was not a good experience overall. Left disappointed.
