A nice meal in the Hilton hotel. We split cheese sticks for an app & I had the shrimp app for my meal & my husband had the risotto. My shrimp was served on a red pepper based paste which was a little dry for my liking. The risotto was tasty but my husband thought there were too many sesame seeds on top. We had strawberry shortcake for dessert which was tasty. Overall a pleasant meal w a very nice waiter. We're glad we were able to dine here since it seemed most other restaurants in the area were fast food oriented & closed by 8.

Restaurant situé dans un hôtel, donc la clientèle est assez diverse. De l'équipe de sport au couple d'amoureux.
La nourriture est bonne , les assiettes bien présentées & les potions sont adéquates.
Le personnel est gentil.

An excellent address if you are looking for simple, yet well crafted & flavorful food. Each bite was delicious & well seasoned. While I'm a big foie gras fan, the star of the show was the vegetarian spinach gnocchi. OMG, it was amazing!

The risotto was initially supposed to be served with lobster but it was substituted by scallops due to it no longer being available. While it was good, the flavors of the lobster stock used for the risotto clashed with the delicate & saltiness flavors of the scallops. I would not recommend that dish unless you are able to enjoy it as intended.

The restaurant is inside the Hilton DoubleTree hotel & serves as the breakfast hall. The seating is not very comfortable & the design is, well, modern hotel-esque. The service was acceptable but not to the level of the food. The wine list was well balanced & priced - a welcomed change.

Beautiful restaurant on a golf course & hotel property. Food was delicious, atmosphere was calm & elevated. Service was wonderful.

We stay in the hotel & decided to have dinner here at hotel restaurant. We had vegetable soup, crispy fondue, fish tacos, salmon filet, duck salad, galette de risotto. All were very stale & tasteless. Duck on salad was the worst. Only Fondue would get 4 star & that's it. Salmon was ok but you don't need much of a skill to make salmon on the grill anyway. Vegetable soup was OK.

I just went there for my included breakfast at the hotel. Service was great & so was the food. Looking at the menu I saw that it's a bit on the pricy side.

Avant la COVID, c'était un excellent endroit. La nourriture était recherchée & de qualité égale. Le service était excellent.
Maintenant, en septembre 2020, le service est inadéquat avec des employés sans expérience pour la plupart. Le menu est très restreint. J'imagine qu'ils n'ont pas de vrai chef comme auparavant car la carte se limite à des burgers, club sandwich, nachos, etc. On se croirait dans un casse-croute & non dans un restaurant d'un hôtel Hilton Double Tree.

Un redressement est requis tant au niveau du menu que du service!

Repas du temps des fêtes au Dijon: choix varié de plats, ambiance chaleureuse, excellent service. Seul le dessert m'a un peu déçue niveau goût. Un bon restaurant pour ceux qui séjournent à l'hôtel Hilton.

Nous venons de Montréal & quand nous passons de petites vacances a Québec nous sejournons toujours à l'hôtel Four Point by Sheraton. Nous mangeons toujours au restaurant chez Dijon, la nourriture est excellente le menu pour enfant très bien & le service parfait!

Premiere & derniere fois... La nourriture etais correct, mais le service est TELLEMENT pretentieux. De plus le Maitre d`hotel reprimandais les serveurs a voix haute en pleine salle a manger, trees déplaisant quand tu essaye d`apprecier un bon repas en tete a tete.
