La bouffe est très ordinaire & les prix sont exhorbitants pour la qualité & la quantité. Les portions sont peu généreuses & goûteuses ce qui nous déçoit beaucoup au moment de recevoir la facture. J'ai été très déçu de l'ambiance & du service que je qualifie aussi d'ORDINAIRE. Pour ma part, je ne retournerai jamais à cet endroit

The hostess was friendly & helpful. The menu had lots of things we wanted to try. I had the price folixe menu with salmon. The salmon was a bit overcooked & the sauce overwhelmed it. The Imperial rolls & mushroom bacon soup we're awesome. My husband had the pork chop & it was perfectly prepared & very juicy.

We had a family dinner at Grande Allee, Quebec City location & I particularly ordered a Seafood pasta. I received the dish & could not find most of the seafood listed, I asked the server & she said that she forgot to mention that salmon & a few other items were not available; however, shrimp & clams are included. I mentioned that I saw no clams & only shrimp. Needless to say I continued eating, she came back with a bowl with a few dark pieces telling me the kitchen told her this is what is in the food & I have not noticed them.
Seafood pasta is what I eat when I am out, 100% of the time, when nothing else is appealing & although I had it once at Milestones & it was okay, it was far better than the one at Le Grande Cafe. In addition, sending the server to tell me I did not know what I was talking about, not sure if it is something anyone in the hospitality industry should take a chance on doing.

An attractive restaurant & the service was good. We ordered two fondues, one cheese & one meat. The cheese one was rather bland & the beef for the other was tough. So we were a bit disappointed & expected more for an essentially French dish.
