For more than 40 years, Le Petit Château restaurant has offered a wide variety of crepes and fondues as well as a bistro menu in Old Quebec.

Opened by a great lover of Quebec City in the former Théâtre de L'Estoc, the owner has always wanted to offer a place where everyone feels welcome.

Whether as a couple, with friends, with family or with a group, everyone can be assured of being welcomed and served with a smile and courtesy. Even canine friends can come on the terrace during the summer!

The staff is also very sensitive to the reality of people suffering from food allergies and intolerances and will pay serious attention to all your dietary restrictions.

We had the special for 2, cheese fondue then with chicken or beef fondue with a choice of chocolate or maple fondue for dessert. We chose the beef & chocolate. So much food! You will not leave hungry. Wonderful service in a warm & inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Première fois à ce restaurant & très satisfait ! Excellent service ! Nous avons mangé le trio fondue, c'était vraiment vraiment très bon! La quantité Fondue au fromage était beaucoup plus pour 4 personnes que 2. Par contre les portions pour les 2 autres fondues (chinoise & chocolat) étaient parfaites. Nous y retournerons ça c'est sûr!

Nous avons le pris le trio fondu, le 1er service arrivé avant notre consommation !! Pas de temps de pause entre les services !!!
Portions ont beaucoup diminué !! On ne nous as pas demandé notre choix pour la fondue dessert, la serveuse a décidé que c'était de la fondue au chocolat !! Très déçus, pas certaine que je vais y retourner ...

It was a fun experience. My boyfriend & I shared the trio (cheese, beef & chocolate). It was enough for the both of us. We would of preferred to have a selection of veggies & not just stale bread for the cheese. The selection for the chocolate was really yummy! Our server was nice but didn't come by often.

Atmosphere was excellent, cheese fondue was perfect, chocolate fondue was a perfect way to cap off the meal. Service was great, no complaints.
If I lived in Quebec, I would go back. I'll be recommending this restaurant to friends & family.

Belle découverte ! Nous y sommes retournés 2x!
Les fondues sont excellentes & nous adorons le concept de l'entrée de fondue au fromage, mets principal d'une fondue à 2 choix de viande & du dessert de fondue au chocolat. Je recommande ce resto sans hésitation!
Petits bémols lors de notre 2e visite, les crevettes 🍤😋, n'étaient plus au menu & le pain avait été coupé trop longtemps d'avance , sûrement dû à une forte demande à la St-Valentin.

Un incontournable à chaque visite à Québec. Nous y allons pour le repas fondue qui est succulent. ( fromage, chinoise & chocolat) l'ambiance est chaleureuse & le service impeccable. À vous de le découvrir 😉

We really enjoyed our dinner at Le Petit Château.
We had the 3 fondue menu, with beef & chocloate.
The cheese appetizer was great, we actually loved the gooey cheese that inevitably sticks to the bottom of the pot.
The beef was so tender & the sauces were varied, our most favourite was the garlic.
Chocolate fondue was a nice finale, it's 65% cocao, so not too sweet. Nice fresh fruit & some mini marshmallows too.
We had a great time, they know their business & the staff were attentive & helped us figure things out.
Much enjoyed, highly recommend!

We had a late afternoon lunch of crepes. Two needed gluten free (ham & cheese & other was chocolate & banana) & two didn't (french onion soup & apple & cheese crepe & other had strawberries & whipped cream). We all enjoyed our meals & left full & content. They are dog friendly on the patio.
