Je suis allez pour un brunch le 21 mars derniers, la nourriture est bonne surtout la tarte au sucre à la fin, musiciens, belle ambiance, animation proche de la bouilleuse. Une cabane à sucre que j'adore. Seul point négatif cette année, la tire était vraiment moins bonne que les années passées, elle semblait moins sucré avec un arrière goût pas habituel & elle collait beaucoup à la neige. Aussi il ne faudrait pas que la bouilleuse fonctionne pendant la tire car on recevait plein de suie même sur la tire.

Première expérience dans une érablière, les explications de la dame étaient très intéressantes afin de nous expliquer la récolte du sirop d'érable du début jusqu'à la consommation. Le repas était bon & copieux,le personnel souriant à l'écoute de nos attentes.
l'ambiance musicale était très locale & entraînante. Les cuillères en bois afin de les accompagner en rythme étaient une bonne animation durant le repas.
