The food was absolutely amazing, very authentic & full of flavour. Every dish we tried was a standout. The lamb biryani was rich, aromatic, & perfectly cooked. The lamb jalfrezi had a wonderful depth of flavour with just the right amount of heat. The chicken tikka masala was creamy, flavourful, & satisfying, & the garlic naan was soft, fresh, & perfect for scooping up every last bit.
We finished with gulab jamun, which was melt-in-your-mouth soft & perfectly balanced, not overly sweet like at many other places.
Service was friendly & attentive, the ambience was warm & inviting, & the prices were very reasonable. We were simply impressed. Highly recommended!
Indian food - a hidden gem, must try when in Quebec City.
We went for lunch (family of 4, with a super senior citizen. Thoroughly enjoyed all what we ordered - the dal/chawal were the key highlight!
Naan was super soft, paneer tjkka masala was flavourful.
The restaurant has just opened, as per the staff we were among the first Asian customers. They were quite busy for a new place on a weekday lunch.
Go to Les Epices Grillees, if you want some nice flavor & spice in QC, the service & ambience is a big plus too!
