Overall, it remains a popular and reliable dining spot known for its vibrant setting and friendly, professional staff.
I had the onion soup & it was tasty with the lovely cheese but the broth could have had more onions. I also had the large poutine & it was delicious the best poutine I ever tasted but I would have preferred a smaller version of medium size. All in all my dining experience was great…Bravo!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bistro 3 Garcons while in Quebec City, & let me tell you, it was a wild. Going in, I knew I was stepping into a burger joint, but I felt adventurous & decided to go off-script. I bypassed the burgers & boldly ordered the ribs. Now, I wasn't expecting much-after all, this is a burger place, not a rib shack-but boy, was I in for a surprise. As I was walking back from the washroom, I watched them delivering the ribs platter to my table & in slow motion I see the cup of coleslaw flying through the air & landing on my chair & floor. I felt so lucky not to be wearing that slaw all over my lap. Thank you good karma. Going back to food, the ribs were an absolute knockout. The BBQ sauce was this perfect blend of bold & punchy. Pungent, yes-but in the best possible way. The balance of flavors was so well-rounded & I never used my hands, just a fork, the meat just fell off the bone.
But I wasn't about to stop there. I figured,'Hey, why not live a little?' so we also ordered the Charlevo burger. & let me tell you, this burger wasn't just good, it was a moment. Juicy, flavorful, with all the right toppings, it stood tall & proud on the plate, like the hero of the meal. It didn't need to shout, but you could tell it had a lot to say.
As for the sides, well, we didn't exactly go light. We went for onion rings & poutine-because, why not dive straight into Canadian comfort food? The onion rings were crispy, golden, & perfectly seasoned. The poutine? Pure decadence. Those cheesy, gravy-soaked fries were like the comfort food version of a bear hug, warm, satisfying, & unapologetically indulgent. Honestly, I think I might have gained a few pounds just by looking at it.
All in all, Bistro 3 Garcons exceeded every expectation. From the unexpected rib success to the classic burger triumph, this place is a total winner. Next time, I might just skip the burger altogether & dive straight into the ribs -because life's too short to stick to the script.
Burger was horrendous & bun was so soggy. I don't recommend getting the Tom Pouce, which is bland & dry. The burger toppings like lettuce & tomatoes just drops on my plate with the buns because of all the soginess. What I did like though was the poutine. Edit: I have went back last night after a few years & decided to give them an extra star. The burger wasn't bad this time, just nothing crazy. I think if the beef were more flavourful & had more seasoning, It could've saved it but it was meh overall. Service was okay as well.
We went there with 6 people severs were nice I had their AAA beef burger & small poutine as fries burger tasted only beef & nothing else inside it was very hard to taste I felt like the poutine saved the meal. Also we ordered ginger ale & they bringed Schweppes version of it personally I prefer Canada Dry I wish they'd state that on the menu. Also the menu that was given inside was in French so had to use translate overall It's okay reustorant don't recommend dod special occasions
