Great breakfast experience at Pont Rouge!!!!! Beautiful ambience, warm service from the staff & delicious breakfast. Friendly atmosphere from everyone inspite of us not knowing to speak French. They communicated in English politely acknowledging our lack of French skills!!!

Ce n'était pas notre première expérience & chaque fois que nous sommes allés, tout était froid. Par exemple, nous sommes allés ce matin & nous avons précisé, lors de la commande que nous voulions les assiettes très chaudes & nous les avons reçues froides! Pendant que nous mangions, la serveuse est venu nous demander si tout était correct & je lui est fait part que les assiettes était froides. Elle a simplement répondu "ok" & elle s'est tournée comme si de rien était. Bref, c'est décevant comme expérience car c'est un beau menu & c'est bon.

Très déçu, ce n'est pas ma première expérience dans cette bannière qui est au top à mes yeux. Pour commencer, la cuisine : tout est trop cuit ou pas assez cuit. Ma conjointe a pris une gauffre, pas cuite au point d'avoir le melange cru au centre. Les saucisses brûlées, le bacon dur comme de la roche & les patates noirs, de plus les patates maisons froides. Je revois mon assiette pour me faire dire "vous avez raison c'était très froid". Je le prends comment ? T'as goûté & tu m'as rendu mon assiette? Je suis un menteur? Bizarre. Je ss déçu. Ensuite le service, inexistant. Pas de refill de café, personne vient voir si tout va bien. Mais le personnel a le temps de jaser derrière le bar. Pas d'entraide, c'est dommage. Cela a fini que je me suis levé pour payer & parti. Prenez ce commentaire comme amélioration, quelque ajustement à faire niveau cuisson & entraide au service & ça devrait fonctionner.
