Since I've moved into Quebec from Montreal, I've been struggling to find a decent family owned Asian restaurant. So when I found the Mai Lan I was pleasantly surprised & the service was excellent. Our host/waiter/owner was very respectful & helpful. The food was almost on par with what my mom used to make back home. They take good care of the taste of their food & it shows. The aesthetics are decent but you're really there to eat & not to look at the walls. I enjoyed my meal there & we're definitely going back.

Il nous exige de payer un pourboire de 15% on ne peut choisir le montant qu'on veut laisser alors qu'ils ne sont pas capables d'avoir un sourire. Pas de breuvages pour ceux qui boient du 7up zéro ou spite zéro. Habituellement dans les autres restaurants on peut choisir le montant du pourboire & le minimum est de 12%. J'ai jamais vu les autres restaurants exiger un montant spécifique pour le pourboire. C'est supposé être une suggestion & non une obligation.
