I had high hopes for this place & left disappointed . The service was great here, however, we were not satisfied with our food. We ordered the octopus as a starter. The added on octopus tails were good. The sauce was a bit salty. For our main entrees we ordered the lasagna, seafood pasta, & mushroom risotto. Presentation looked great, but upon first taste every dish was way too salty. We asked for pickled onions to hopefully even out the saltiness & the onions were extremely salty. Unfortunately we sent majority of our dishes back to the kitchen. There was live latin music which was enjoyable.
À éviter si vous cherchez une adresse pour manger sur l'heure du dîner. Le service fut très professionnel, malheureusement nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir notre repas alors que le restaurant était vide (seul groupe en salle). Le menu est principalement des glucides & peu de protéines. Vous allez payer 18$ à 24$ pour manger des pâtes ou un risotto sans aucune protéines (sinon il faut payer un extra).
Je suis allé également pour l'heure du souper en groupe de travail, le menu était plus intéressant & l'ambiance agréable.
J'ai un peu l'impression que c'est l'endroit tendance du moment
Habitués à une cuisine italienne , je n'ai pas été conquise par leur pâtes , celles que j'ai choisies :pâtes vodka stracciatella supplément crevettes géantes ont été décevantes, de simples pâtes arrivées tièdes & un poil trop cuites pour être al dente & ou l'on devine à peine la stracciatella. De plus, les crevettes n'avaient rien de « géantes », bref pour moi bien trop simplistes dans leur préparation au regard de la description. Pour les autres convives le risotto était très bon !
Autre remarque , nous avons signalé à plusieurs reprises que nous venions de leur partenaire , les Lofts Charest , ce qui nous offrait un avantage. Cela n'a aucunement été pris en compte. Dommage car l'endroit est branché , très beau mais des améliorations restent à mettre en place !

Absolutely amazing food. I had the mushroom risotto & mum had lasagna, both were the best we've ever had, & she's 80 so that's a lot of lasagna. Was a Monday evening so was quiet but that's how I like it. The guy serving was great too, chatty but not invasive, attententive & helpful. Definitely recommend

L'ambiance est tellement belle & chaleureuse, parfaite autant pour un souper entre amis qu'un date night. Le service était attentionné du début à la fin & on se sent vraiment bien accueillis dès l'arrivée.
J'ai pris le short rib avec le risotto & wow… absolument délicieux. La viande était tendre, pleine de saveur & le risotto était parfaitement crémeux. On voit vraiment la qualité des ingrédients & le souci du détail dans chaque assiette.
Si vous cherchez un bon restaurant italien à Québec avec une belle ambiance, de la nourriture incroyable & un excellent service, je recommande vraiment Mila Ristorante. Une adresse à essayer absolument 🤍
Excellente expérience au Mila Ristorante, la nourriture était délicieuse (coup de coeur pour le risotto au canard & les pâtes aux fruits de mer), le service très bon & l'ambiance agréable. Ça vaut définitivement le détour!
It was just okay. I'm surprised by the reviews this location has when there are much better options in the area for a similar price. Really average food. Feels like a corporate restaurant that under deliver on food while overcharging because of the'ambiance'.
The carpacccio was a tasty first bite & enjoyable. We ordered the focaccia which came out toasted & hard as crackers- I assume this was to cover up a lack of freshness.
The salmon was nothing special: the risotto was creamy & rich, & the salmon was salmon. There weren't any other flavours or any attempt at making it more complex than that. The seafood pasta was pricy for the quality - their pasta is not made there, the shrimp was tough, & there were two scallops - quite a small serving.
Cocktails were good & service was pretty good, so no complaints there. We won't be back though, as nothing impressed & there are so many options in the same budget for much better quality food, right around the corner.
