Such a friendly brewery that definitely deserves a visit. Great outdoor seating, a little dining area upstairs, lots of locals & the magnificent kegs in view. I even tasted a delicious mango slush, great spot!

I went in around midnight. I just want to give a massive shout out to the lady who was extremely nice, welcoming & suggested me just the perfect beer to call it a night. I forgot to ask her name but she definitely deserves recognition for her positive attitude while she was ready to close up.

The quality of the beer is top notch. Very refreshing to say the least. As a tourist, just the beer is worth coming to quebec city fo

Such a fun spot with great beers, charcuterie & cheese boards, a great selection of board games to play & very friendly staff. Would be even better if they had a wine, cider or gluten-free beer option.

Je vous donne d'abord un peu de contexte : je suis un amateur de NEIPA. Pour le moment j'ai été un consommateur de Nano Cinco à la maison, je me promets bien de tenter l'expérience sur place d'ici peu.

Ceci étant, mon commentaire se résume à ce qui suit : je ne sais pas comment ils font, mais pour moi ce qu'ils produisent est ce qui se rapproche le plus du nectar des dieux. Ils sont toujours à explorer de nouveaux produits, & je n'ai pas encore réussi à trouver le moindre faux pas à leur reprocher.

C'est sincèrement impressionnant... si j'étais parano je les soupçonnerais d'avoir obtenu un échantillon de mon ADN & de s'appliquer à produire des bières qui y correspondent parfaitement.

Entre nous, je suis sûr que ces gens-là seraient capables de changer le plomb en or... Mais ne leur en parlez pas, je préfère qu'ils continuent à se concentrer sur la bière.

Blagues à part, merci à l'équipe pour tous ces beaux moments. Cheers !
