J'ai passé une superbe soirée d'anniversaire au Nixtamal. L'accueil chaleureux du couple nous permet de se sentir chez soi! Nous n'avions pas de réservation & il restait une ptite place au bar, juste pour nous! Nous avons pu en profiter pour discuter avec le propriétaire! Les cocktails & la nourriture étaient excellents! Je recommande vivement 🤍

This place is a must if you're staying anywhere near Baie-Saint-Paul. The owners nail the vision, execution, & delivery of the ambiance + food. Everything from the handcrafted drinks, tableside guac, braised pork tacos to the fresh churros were top notch. Highly recommend the jalapeno poppers as well. You won't find anywhere else like it, kudos to the fantastic owners!
