Je ne croyais pas possible de faire un voyage au Mexique en partance de Baie-St-Paul. Une véritable expérience culinaire où tout est pensé dans ses moindres détails. On retrouve beaucoup d'amour dans chacune des assiettes préparés & servis par les proprios Lyne & Jorge. Il ne suffit que d'écouter les explications de Lyne pour embarquer dans leur aventure. & pour le goût des mets servis... c'est juste incroyable! Une magnifique rencontre. We cannot recommend this place enough! What a beautiful fusion of Mexican & local gastronomies. Every dish we ordered was incredible, & the cocktails were fantastic too. Everything is very intentionally crafted. We had the grilled octopus, the beef tacos, the watermelon tartare, shrimp ceviche, & jalapeno poppers. Great portions too. 15/10. They are usually all booked up with reservations, but we showed up right at opening at 5pm to ask & they were able to slot us in for later that evening at 8pm which was perfect for us.

Une vrai carte mexicaine, une rareté au Quebec ! Tout les plats etaient excellent.
Service souriant & courtois.
La carte des vins pourraient être améliorée par contre.
Sans doute un de nos meilleurs repas sur ce voyage a Baie St-Paul.
