C'est la troisième fois que nous allons à ce restaurant & chaque fois l'expérience est exceptionnelle. Il est de loin le Normandin le plus rapide que j'ai pu visiter à vie.
Aujourd'hui, la salle à manger était pleine à craquer, il y avait des gens sur la terrasse parce qu'il ne restait plus de place à l'intérieur.
Quand nous sommes arrivés, le Monsieur à l'accueil était d'une gentillesse rare.
Les autres employés se dépêchaient de nettoyer les tables aussitôt que quelqu'un partait & nous avons pu rapidement obtenir une place.
Malgré le très fort achalandage, tous les employés étaient souriants & avenants.
Notre serveuse, Yannicke est venue régulièrement s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
Croyez-le ou non, en moins d'une heure, nous étions ressortis.
C'est très très loin du service que nous avons l'habitude d'avoir dans les autres Normandins que nous fréquentons où on a rarement nos assiettes en moins d'une heure.

Aucune accueil, pas de bonjour ce ne sera pas long quelqu'un s'en vient... ou simplement' BONJOUR' de la part du personnel. Celle qui nous a apporté nos assiettes ne nous a fait aucun sourire, aucun'bonne appétit' comme cela en temps normal est la base en restauration. Notre serveuse Caroline par contre nous a donné un service 5 ⭐? accueillante & souriante.: Prendre notes qu'il y avait plusieurs tables de libre donc le personnel ne semblait pas dans le rush , ce qui aurait été plus acceptable .

Un accueil chaleureux de la part d'une jeune femme des île Maurice. Il y a plusieurs employés qui immigrent ici & qui travaillent sur place, ils sont tous très chaleureux & souriants. Ne les jugez pas par leur origine. Respect au restaurant qui les engage & leur donne la chance de refaire leur vie.
