The service was fantastic but not the food. My smoked meat was very greasy & my wife's nachos were not very good. We often stop at a Normandin on our way out east & this was the first disappointment.

Très déçue par ma visite. Le service était extrêmement lent, malgré un restaurant à moitié vide. Ma commande est arrivée avec des erreurs, & lorsque j'ai tenté de le signaler très calmement & poliment, la serveuse m'a répondu avec une attitude franchement désagréable. Quant à la nourriture…loin de ce qu'on attendait pour le prix payé & de la qualité habituelle des autres restaurants de la même franchise. L'hôtesse qui nous avait accueilli au départ & à la fin elle était vraiment gentille rien à redire de sont travail.

Café horriblement mauvais. Pourtant le serveur avait parlé d'en préparer un nouveau. Pas de napperon de papier sur la table. Trop long comme attente.

Aucune accueil, pas de bonjour ce ne sera pas long quelqu'un s'en vient... ou simplement' BONJOUR' de la part du personnel. Celle qui nous a apporté nos assiettes ne nous a fait aucun sourire, aucun'bonne appétit' comme cela en temps normal est la base en restauration. Notre serveuse Caroline par contre nous a donné un service 5 ⭐? accueillante & souriante.: Prendre notes qu'il y avait plusieurs tables de libre donc le personnel ne semblait pas dans le rush , ce qui aurait été plus acceptable .
