Un immense merci à Olivia pour son accueil & la qualité exceptionnelle de son service. Nous sommes Français &, sincèrement, nous avons été impressionnés. Olivia n'a rien à envier au service que l'on peut trouver en France, bien au contraire ! Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse, son sourire & son attention aux détails ont rendu notre repas particulièrement agréable. Elle pourrait même être une source d'inspiration pour bien des serveurs français. Bravo & merci pour cette belle expérience chez Normandin ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superbe expérience au Restaurant Normandin Royale à Québec ! Un immense merci à Olivia, qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire & servi avec beaucoup de patience & de professionnalisme. On s'est sentis vraiment bien du début à la fin de notre repas. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, on reviendra certainement.

Un grand merci à Rachel & Suzanne pour leur service remarquable ! Toujours accueillantes, chaleureuses & attentionnées, elles rendent chaque visite agréable. Leur professionnalisme & leur bonne humeur font toute la différence. Si vous passez sur l'Avenue Royale, un détour au Normandin vaut vraiment la peine. Excellente expérience, je recommande sans hésitation !
