Souper de famille jeudi le 9 nov., nous avions réservé & demandé une table pour 6 dans un coin tranquille: Merci!! Service no1, serveuse à l'écoute, souriante, gentille, & MERCI d'offrir un beau choix de menus à 15$, avec des portions généreuses & une belle qualité d'ingrédients, c'était délicieux, de la soupe au dessert; il y a longtemps que nous avions mangé chez Normandin, nous reviendrons!

Triste Spaghetti Normandin était excellent mais a disparu du menu, très déçu... J'espère que votre promo à 15$ avec soupe & dessert va revenir, j'y allais avec ma femme pour ca !!!!!

Dès notre arrivée, la table qui était libre à côté de nous & prête à recevoir d'autres clients avait une céréale Froot Loops évidente à remarquer. Ma chaise avait un morceau de nourriture dessus. Aucun verre vide pour l'eau n'était en place, donc nous n'avons pas eu d'eau durant tout le repas & personne ne nous en a offert ! Il y avait DES bouts de salade romaine brunis dans la salade césar. Jamais la même personne qui revient nous voir, donc après avoir demandé quelque chose à une demoiselle qui n'est jamais revenue, nous avons dû demander à une autre jeune dame. Le prix est faramineux pour ce que j'appelle de la cuisine commune servie sur un napperon de papier... C'était ma première expérience & ma dernière.

J'ai trouvé le poulet dans le hot-chicken un peu sec, le reste du contenu était bon. La soupe aux légumes était excellente. Très bon service avec un travail d'équipe de d'autres employés.
