Nous étions un groupe de 50 personnes (équipe de hockey) & avons eu un excellent service. Super spécial de pizza pour les groupes revient très abordable pour un groupe & nous avons eu un super service du gérant Maxime & son adjointe & notre serveuse Amy un service exceptionnel. Merci
Nous avions commandé la nouvelle pizza avec sirop d'érable & ricotta. Quand la pizza est arrivé nous avons constaté qu'elle n'avait pas de ricotta & de sirop d'érable. Le restaurant, afin de s'excuser, nous a proposé une nouvelle pizza sans erreur. À notre surprise ce n'est pas une nouvelle pizza qui nous a été livré mais un plat de ricotta & de sirop d'érable. Franchement, quelle déception. Je ne pensais pas as que Normandin vendait des pizza DIY. Une manque de service à la clientèle décevant.
Nous sommes 8 avec 4 enfants, on nous décline manque de place, ce qui est évidement pas le cas. On commande pour apportez, on nous dit 15 minutes maximum, 25 minutes plus tard on m'informe avoir mis ma pizza au four. 5 minutes après on m'informe que c'est une erreur, on doit la recommencer. Je dit de laisser faire il la recommence quand même. J'attend toujours encore !! Voilà le restau sur la photo 35 minutes plus tard

Normandin in Fleur de Lys was the first Normandin I ever visited over 15 years ago, & it's still a go-to spot. Whether for a quick bite, breakfast, or their pizza, it never disappoints. The place is always clean & welcoming with great hospitality. I haven't tried their frozen food yet, but I'm sure it's just as good.
Mainstay in the Québec City region, Normandin is a family-style restaurant specialized in traditional Québecois dinner table fare. They have a very honest mid-range price point, which might tend to be higher on some items that would regardless be expected to be more expensive (like during lobster season, in which they always run a lobster-heavy special menu). There's nothing fancy or complicated about the Normandin menu (bar a few experimental pieces). What they do, however, they do fantastically well. For Québec natives, it's the equivalent of a safe, comforting place to enjoy a meal that's served & presented without any kind of pretention. They are quite famous for their spaghetti sauce, which is indeed absolutely amazing. Also of note are their pizzas, generous & tasty. They do all-day full breakfasts & to my knowledge, they are the ONLY chain in the province who does so. It is not uncommon to see pizza-pasta combo plates along brunch plates on the tables. Some, if not most locations, also have a section called the "N Bar", a sports-leaning bar which, if memory serves, has a slightly different menu thar focuses on bar grub. Equally simple food, equally tasty. If you're in the Québec region, I would definitely recommend Normandin over most other chains for an unassuming, hearty & simple meal!
