Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante. Les serveuses étaient assises avec d'autres clients pendant que nous attendions simplement pour commander ou même obtenir un café. nous n'avions même pas d'ustensile pour brasser notre café.

Nous avons attendu environ 20 minutes avant qu'une serveuse vienne nous voir, alors qu'elle n'avait que trois tables à servir, incluant la nôtre. Le manque d'attention envers les clients était évident & a grandement nui à notre expérience.

Nous habitons à proximité & fréquentons habituellement les commerces locaux, mais cette visite nous a fait sérieusement remettre en question notre intention d'y retourner. Je ne comprends pas non plus comment la direction peut ne pas remarquer un manque de motivation aussi évident chez certaines serveuses, particulièrement un dimanche midi, une période où le service devrait être à son meilleur.

C'est dommage, car un bon service fait toute la différence &, malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas lors de notre visite.

De tous les restaurants de la chaîne, celui de Sainte-Catherine est mon préféré car il offre une vue sur l'eau. J'ai également beaucoup aimé le homard. C'est un endroit agréable & la cuisine est délicieuse.

Service à la hauteur de mes attentes service très attentionné, j'ai bien mangé ce fût un service rapide & j'ai demandé des extras que j'ai bien reçu. Toujours Agréable pour un déjeuner!

Jai pris une assiette campagnarde aux légumes. Il n'avait pas grand légumes très petite comme assiette.
Les toilettes sont pas très propre & le savon est dilué avec de l'eau.
Le serviette était rapide & la serveuse très gentille.
