Réservation pour 12h00, nous avons eux notre table à 12h20 (pourquoi réserver alors?). 1h15 d'attente pour avoir nos repas, en commençant avec une entrée de rondelles d'oignon (oui 1h15 pour des rondelles d'oignon). La serveuse, très gentille, nous explique qu'il n'y a que 2 cuisiniers... Pourquoi 2 cuisiniers un 31 décembre? Repas assez ordinaire pour 1h30 d'attente (avant d'avoir les vrais repas). Malheureusement, je n'y repasserai pas.

Très mauvaise expérience pour un dîner, temps d'attente, serveuse pas à l'écoute du client, du début à la fin. Le gérant est venu me voir je l'ai informé de tout ce qui arrivait depuis notre arrivée, il m'a offert notre repas, il a même vu le pain brûlé de mon club pour ensuite me charger le montant total de notre repas après avoir passé 1heure 15minutes au restaurant. Nous sommes des clients des hôtels & restaurants Normandin, on a jamais été traité de cette façon. À noter que cet évaluation concerne le restaurant de Rivière du Loup seulement.

Great spot to grab a casual drink. Easy going staff. Naomie especially was great to talk to & didn't rush me out! Haha. Hope she looks me up when she visits Halifax. Thanks for the thoughtful chocolate cake.
