Ce matin 24 mai déjeuner pris 1h avant être servi nourriture froide oeuf surcuit & mis de côté pauvre serveuse seule section bar débordé ... vraiment pas une belle expérience vraiment déçu ... autre Normandin dans le passé mais beaucoup mieux que celui de RDL

Service un peu lent. Leur poutine fondue chinoise fiasco avec ces x3 morceaux de viande a fondue à travers quelques frites.

Les premierd plats sont arrivés près de 30 minutes après la commande. Plus de la moitié des plats sont arrivés encore 15 minutes plus tard. Une des convives s'est fait dire qu'il y avait eu une erreur dans sa commande (un simple hamburger sauce avec frites) mais qu'il la refaisait rapidement. Tous le monde avait terminé avant qu'elle reçoive finalement sa commande (plus de 20 minutes supplémentaires au moins). Aucun excuse pour les délais & évidemment aucune escompte ou gratuité pour celle qui a attendu plus d'une heure.
