30 mins avant d'avoir une table, 30 mins avant d'avoir un menu, manquement dans la commande comme un simple café ou des confitures & sans cuillère pour les café. La salle n'était même pas a moitié remplis, comment ça se passe quand c'est plein? Ça doit être le gros bordel. Il ne manquait pas de personnel non plus. Je crois qu'il manquait un gérant, un superviseur bref j'ai passé proche de demander une discussion avec un responsable mais j'étais trop fâché. J'ai aussi passé proche dire à des clients qui attendaient à la réception de ne pas attendre pour rien, d'aller ailleur. Entk au moin laver les menu ils était écoeurant & le terme sort de la bouche de ma nièce de 11ans... On est entré a midi on est sortie a 14h... ok il y avait des réservations mais personne en 2h... vous perdez de l'argent & des clients

merci à la gérante Mélanie, qui s'est déplacé specialement puisqu'il n'y avait plus de vodka au bar. elle nous a même fait dégelé une tarte au citron puisqu'il n'y en avait plus non plus. service a la clientèle 11/10!
