Très belle expérience au Bistro Évolution à St-Romuald.

Accueil chaleureux dès l'arrivée (petit moment drôle avec le tapis à l'entrée 😄), service attentionné & ambiance agréable, surtout au bar où on sent bien la dynamique de l'équipe.

J'ai commencé avec les falafels : une assiette aussi belle que bonne, avec un très bel équilibre entre la betterave, le tzatziki & les textures.

Le plat principal (boudin noir avec pommes, choux de Bruxelles & lardons) était riche & réconfortant, très bien exécuté.

Petit bémol sur certaines mignardises (meringue un peu ramollie, profiterole un peu épais), mais le brownie était excellent & vient compenser.

Belle sélection de vin également.

Environ 90$ pour le repas avec vin - très raisonnable.

Soirée tranquille (soir de hockey sans écran au resto), ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable pour moi.

Je recommande autant pour une sortie seule, en couple ou en petit groupe.

C'est une première fois & très gros coup de coeur!! WoW, c'est tellement beau &
le service est excellent & que dire des plats de toute beauté vraiment bon le tartare de boeuf je recommandes . Je donnes plus que 5 étoiles

Gros coup de coeur! Les plats pour emporter sont d'une superbe qualité & les prix sont très raisonnables. Tout était délicieux, mais les rillettes de porc à l'abricot & le fois gras aux épices & poires méritent une mention particulière. Nous serons certainement de retour!
