We arrived today from the US. The deplaning process was smooth.

We went through customs before baggage retrieval & it was a breeze. It started with self-scanning our passports on a terminal & answering a few onscreen questions. This terminal printed a document with our photo on it & some other information.

Then we went to a manual passport control person who compared the printed document from the terminal with our passports.

From there, we went to the baggage claim area & our bags were already there.

Restrooms are right there at baggage claim. They were large & spotless.

There was one more security check, right before we existed the secure area with our luggage. The accepted the printed document, reviewed it & kept it.

Then we walked out of the terminal & grabbed an Uber to our hotel in Old Quebec City.

A nice, new airport.
The taxi queue is off to the left, at the end of the terminal, with pickups (personal & Uber) at locations along the terminal.
