Absolutely the best restaurant. I am never rushed & can sit & enjoy my meal. Will, my waiter, was so kind & had excellent recommendations, he even let me try practicing my french & I felt so at ease. I come for the meal but always return because of the people.

Best restaurant I've ever had in quebec. They had good menus & good service. The lobster & steak were literally melting in my mouth. The dessert was fantastic too.

My concierge from Hotel Maurice recommended I check out the Ophelia for great food, quality cocktails & an upbeat vibe.

From the moment I approached the hostess (who was expecting me thanks to a heads up from my concierge) I felt welcomed. As a party of one I grabbed a seat up at the bar, & was very quickly greeted by Grant, my bartender/ server for the night. What an amazing human Grant is! He made me feel like we were old friends & I've been a customer for years. Grant knows how to work a room & get everyone sitting around the bar involved in conversation. Before you know it the empty dinner plates are piling up, champagne is flowing, tequila shots are passed around, all while still maintaining the upscale atmosphere.

The open kitchen concept was fun to watch. Skilled chefs who clearly know what they're doing, bartenders & servers navigating an almost chaotic situation with grace & pride. The food & drinks were an absolute 10/10!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Ophelia & the entire staff. Everyone was happy, upbeat, well dressed & nicely groomed.

Thank you Ophelia for everything, & a special shoutout to Grant!

Great service & phenomenal food. Had the $1 oysters at the bar & they were very good. All three cocktails I had were unique & delicious. Ordered the Steak Frites for my main & the fires were great & the steak was perfectly cooked & tender.
I'll have to make it a point to come back!
