It's both bistro & intimate ,an interesting mix of seating options. We chose the upper level & it was perfect , table for two with lots of ambiance.
Our host upon arriving, was none other than Gabriel , we had reserved & he gave me the table that I had expected ( I picked from pictures on their website).
Tania was our waiter & did a an awesome job at settling us in with non alcoholic beverages.
The menu is to die for, many quality choices & my wife had the
'PIEUVRE RÔTIE & BRISKET DE BOEUF'
it was as beautiful a presentation as it was delicious.😉
I had the
' PATES CAMPANELLE AU HOMARD' it was missing a very important component but was very soon corrected by Tania , who couldn't have been more graceful about error from the kitchen staff.
We were thoroughly impressed with the whole experience, I would emphatically recommend Ophelia to those who love a nice ambiance (no chi-chi) & good food , all delivered by a kind & caring team.

En général un belle expérience au Restaurant Ophélia. Une belle ambiance en général dans la salle à manger intérieure. Un décor feutré & moderne. Aucune attente avec une réservation au préalable. Le personnel est très professionnel & courtois. Le service est rapide.
Les plats sont très beaux & épurés. Un menu très intéressant entre terre & mer. Les portions cependant sont moyennes pour des appétits gourmands.
Une belle cave à vin & des cocktails originaux viennent accompagnés nos plats.
Mon seul bémol serait au niveau des portions des plats qui sont à mon avis trop petits. Il y aurait un travail à faire à ce niveau quitte à augmenter un peu les prix.
Dans l'ensemble, une très belle expérience. Je recommande ce restaurant bien localisé sur la rue Grande-Allée.

Première fois dans ce restaurant, superbe expérience, nous avons été servi par Gabriel qui a été adorable, prévenant & très amical ! La mixologue & le serveur ont aussi été aux petits soins avec nous deux. Je recommande ! Personnel très sympathique, j'ai rarement été si bien servi.
Très bien comme endroit, mais un peu cher. La bouffe est bonne, le service est excellent & l'ambiance est quand même bonne aussi, bien que très sombre lors de ma visite. Les toiles au murs compensent par contre, très belle déco !
J'y suis allé quelques fois, mais dans cette magnifique économie, c'est plus difficile à justifier quand y'a d'autres options tout aussi bonnes dans des coins de la ville moins huppés & plus accessible. Le décor unique, la bonne mixo & les spécialités de la place valent la peine d'être appréciées, mais pas trop souvent !
Je recommande pour les occasions spéciales ou pour prouver à ta date que t'as de l'argent !
Incredible experience at Ophelia! We were lucky to be moved into one of their beautiful domes, but the real highlight was our waiter, Gabriel. We gave him full control of our meal & he absolutely delivered-every dish he recommended was a hit. He kept saying,'Thank you for trusting me,' & it was clear how much pride he took in making our night special. The cod cheek with gnocchi was outstanding, & the hazelnut butter cream doughnut for dessert was unforgettable. Ask for Gabriel-you won't regret it!
