Le service est super bon, le local est beau, l'emplacement est parfait mais..
Les biscuits étais sec & huileux en même temps.
Mon london Fog as été fait avec un sirop de earl grey donc c'était trop sucré mais ca ne goûtais pas assez le thé :/
Le matcha limo étais super acide, pas de balance sucré/acide.
Nous y sommes allés 3 fois & chaque fois nous avons été déçu, c'est toujours à quelques détails près d'être bon.
Tout as l'air d'être fait sur place donc j'imagine que avec quelques tests les erreurs pourraient être corrigées.

J'adore cet endroit, j'habite tout près & c'est le spot dans le coin! Par contre, j'y suis allée le week-end dernier & j'ai été déçue. Tout d'abord l'attente, ça été très long pour passer la commande au comptoir (près de 25 minutes) & la recevoir par la suite (un bon 30 à 40 minutes), bref il ne faut pas être pressé! Mais ce qui m'a le plus déplu, c'est de voir la personne en cuisine utiliser son cellulaire & retourner aux plats sans se laver les mains. Pour avoir travailler dans les restaurants, ça ne se fait pas. Ceci étant dit, c'était très bon & ça ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner mais faites attention à ce genre de choses, l'hygiène c'est la base en cuisine.
