Eine der besten Brunch Optionen in Québec Ville. Top Service und die Gerichte bis ins Detail durchdacht, da hat jemand richtig Ahnung von seinem Fach. Nicht billig, aber ist den Preis wert!

Honnêtement un de nos meilleurs déjeuners de restaurant à vie!! Les assiettes sont généreuses & franchement savoureuses. Des plats réfléchis & créatifs. Nous avons dégusté l'assiette d'oeufs de canne/flanc de porc & la croquette d'aubergines. Nous avons également reçu un excellent service. Merci beaucoup!

Beautiful restaurant, but the food doesn't really stand out & it is fairly pricey.

For a signature dish, waffle croque monsieur was a very poor rendition of a classic. Extremely skimpy with the fillings, they didn't even drizzle both halves with syrup, & the waffles were soft & a poor replacement for bread.

The pork rillete was workman & the chanterelle dish was tasty but tiny for the price. Mushrooms aren't that expensive yet. We also had an egg dish with pork belly & some spring vegetables. Definitely a highlight, with perfect execution of every element & a great sauce.

Finally, we ended with a spin on French toast that read well but was very milquetoast. The tomato ice cream was texturally crunchy (an indiscernible mix in) & only had a hint of tomato.

I was disappointed that the menu was so different than the reviews or online as many more interesting items were missing.

Überragend! Wir hatten einige Fragen zur Speisekarte und wurden super beraten. Grilled cheese Waffel, Aubergine und blueberry pancakes waren köstlich. Für Vegetarier super geeignet!
