J'ai commander 7 minutes avant la fermeture & il n'y a eu aucun problème la dame au téléphone a été tres courtoise & ma bien expliqué les pizza & leurs menu (c'était la première fois que je commandais) ma pizza est arrivé après 45min (dans les délais qu'elle m'avait dis) par un livreur souriant. A ma grande surprise (malgré la température froide ma pizza était bien chaude voir même presque brulante, des pointes bien couper ! La sauce est bonne le fromage bien épais, la croute bien fournie & succulente pour ce qui est des ingredients ils sont de qualités & bien fournies. J'ai commander une grande 14" garnie pour 29,38$ (taxes-in) ce qui est très acceptable vue la qualité. Ma nouvelle Pizzeria préférer dans le coin, je vais décidément recommander sans hésitation. EDIT : J'enlève 2 étoiles, moins de stock sur les pizza/prix élever depuis le covid. Perte de qualité.

If I could rate this restaurant a zero star, I would have. I have never had such poor customer service in my entire life. It started with the person on the phone refusing to substitute mushrooms from onions on our pizza. So, not a big deal, I paid extra for onions & asked they not put mushrooms on my pizza. I was quoted a total of $48.00. Delivery person (friendly guy) arrived with a medium pizza for a total of $37. I advised him that it was the wrong size. He suggests I call the restaurant. I call the restaurant while the driver remains onsite. Girl on the phone argues with me telling me I ordered a medium pizza. I ask to speak to the manager. Here is where everything goes from bad to worst. Manager was automatically rude, confrontational & would not let me explain the situation. He kept repeating " You listen to me. You listen to me". I was able to get a few words him just explaining I needed a new pizza. He told me to stop yelling at him which was not the case. When I asked him what the restaurant was going to do for me his response was " you know what I'm going to do for you, this...." & hung up. Driver wasn't sure what to do so I told him to leave. Pizza was still with me. Managers calls me back shortly after the driver left & while swearing & yelling told me he was calling the police for theft for not having paid for the medium pizza. We had no intention of eating the pizza at this point. 20 mins later, police actually arrived at the door of our Airbnb. I proceeded to telling them the story (completely different story they had gotten from the manager). The officers were in disbelief that they had been called for this. They took the pizza back to the restaurant. I proceeded to going to get food for my 4 children at a nearby A&W. I have never experienced anything like this. I am hoping the owners are made aware of who is running their restaurant. Perhaps the managers needs to find a new career that doesn't involve dealing with the public.

By far one of the best pizzas in the area! We try to go here every year at least once when we are in Quebec City for skiing! Nice crust, great sauce, lots of pepperoni...! On the expensive side for sure but most are in the area if they are any good at all.

Nous avons commandé une pizza garnie format large en promotion. J étais très déçu car d'habitude il y a beaucoup de garnitures & c est la meilleure pizza de mon cartier & cela depuis plusieurs années. Hors la pizza qu on m'a livré était très ordinaire avec peu de garnitures. Est- ce parce-que c est une promotion? Bref je ne suis pas certaine d en recommander suite à cette déception.

Wow Pizza est sa coche, tres belle découverte a Quebec & surtout Gros Merci a Yannick notre serveur a recommandé a tout le monde qui veut manger une bonne Pizza faite a lancienne bien garnie.

La pizza est exceptionnelle. Nous avons fait livrer. La livraison est arrivée juste à l'heure, tout était chaud. Excellent service à la prise de la commande & à la livraison.
