Very disappointing experience. I've ordered from this location regularly without any issues, which makes this even more frustrating.

My account was suddenly blocked by the restaurant with no explanation. I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times, but the line was always busy & I couldn't reach anyone.

When I contacted customer service, they confirmed that the decision was made by the franchisee but said they couldn't provide any details or help resolve the situation.

There's no clear way to understand or fix the issue. Being told to go to another location & order in person defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Blocking a regular customer without explanation, combined with no way to contact the restaurant, reflects very poorly on the overall service.

I can say with authority that of all the pizza I have ever eaten from anywhere I've been in the world, this is some of the best. Authentic hand tossed crust, quality ingredients all around, balanced flavours, & a style that rivals Brooklyn's very own. Always worth a visit or call for delivery when I'm in the area. Keep up the good work.

Le meilleur fast food de ces temps ci. Livraison quasiment toute la journée, prix raisonnables, service rapide, & bouffe fraiche. Surtout bon avec l'application qui donne des coupons qui valent la peine.

Salvatore, Salvatore, je sais que vous êtes bons beaux & pas cher mais je ne comprends pas le hype. Cest la première fois de 2026 que je commandais chez vous & la dernière fois. Livraison RAPIDE, prix TRES BAS, promotions EXCELLENTES mais qualité ZERO ZERO ZERO. Pizza fondue chinoise un désastre. Salée à souhait & on pouvais goûter la mediocre qualité des légumes. Plus jamais!!!
