Ce message concerne la maison mère pas cette succursale en particulier.

Attention cette chaine ne respecte pas la loi. Leur application est mal conçu pour gérer leur promotions. Ils annoncent des speciaux à 10,00$ sur leurs pizza moyenne 2 ingrédients, sur toutes les plats de 10 ailes de poulet & sur toutes leurs poutines moyenne. J'ai fait ma commande rapidement & le prix ne spécial ne s'appliquait pas j'ai cru que la promo était fini mais non c'est que lorsque que tu commandes tu dois absolument passer par un option menu a 10,00$ pour les obtenir car si tu commande par le menu régulier tu paye le plein prix. J'ai demander que l'erreur soit corrigé mais on l'a refusé. Pourquoi refusé si tu annonces que toutes tes poutines sont à 10,00$. Est-ce qu'ils diminuent la quantité d'ingrédients lorsque tu prends celle en spécial. Mais selon la loi au Québec, si tu fais une promotion sur la qu'elle tu inscrits toutes tes poutines moyenne tu dois le faire sur toutes tes poutines moyenne peu importe où tu la commande dans l'application. Pour 14,00$ ils viennent de perdre un fidèle client. Sarah me demande maintenant de leur envoyer un courriel. Ça fait au minimum 3 courriels que l'on échange ensemble a ce sujet & Sarah m'a toujours refusé le remboursement.
