Lors de notre récente activité de club social avec l'équipe de Honda Lallier Ste-Foy, nous avons choisi Pizza Salvatoré pour satisfaire nos appétits, & nous avons été enchantés par leur service & leur qualité.

Nous avions commandé un généreux festin comprenant 18 pizzas, des frites, des liqueurs & de délicieux biscuits géants, qui ont tous parfaitement répondu aux attentes de nos collègues. Non seulement chaque plat était chaud & savoureux, mais la livraison est arrivée exactement à l'heure prévue.

Vraiment pas ému : je commande par erreur pizza-poutine sur le Web.

J'appelle au resto, pas de réponse.... & ce 3 fois. Pas capable de rejoindre personne. Allo le service à la clientèle ???

Essaie en texto - rien.

Résultat ? Je reçois la commande par erreur. Je reçois seulement la pizza (pas la bonne grandeur), plus, ils ont oublié la poutine.... wow! La livreuse (hyper sympa) me dit que je vais recevoir un remboursement sur le paiement initial.

Résultat : rien.

Communique avec le bureau-chef : on ne peut pas rien faire avec toutes les photos ds le courriel... franchement pas fort.

Hyper déçu de ce salvatore. Jamais plus de livraison non plus.
