Délai de livraison & service à la clientèle dans cette succursale très dysfonctionnel. Je fais partie d'un petit groupe de travail qui a fait une commande la veille afin de la recevoir entre 12h & 12h15 le lendemain (23 juin). Lorsque nous avons appelé vers 12h30 pour savoir si les pizzas arrivaient, on nous a dit qu'elles étaient au four. Vers 13h, on a rappelé, & on a eu droit encore à « elles sortent du four »…. Une trentaine de minutes plus tard, on a rappelé, ça ne répondait plus au téléphone… Les pizzas sont finalement arrivées vers 13h45, soit avec au moins 1h30 de retard. Sans excuses. Sans explications du (pauvre) livreur autres que «j'suis tout seul pour livrer »… Je ne sais pas qui est le gérant dans cette succursale, mais il y a un gros problème dans l'organisation des services à adresser. Pour ma part, c'est malheureusement terminé les commandes le midi dans cette succursale. Dommage… C'est le genre de services qui fait que, hélas, on perd non seulement des bons clients, mais aussi de bons employés….

The pizza & service were excellent, by far the best pizza chain restaurant in Québec. The good was fresh & very tasty. The service was fast & efficient with friendly & helpful staff.

Atmosphere gets a lower rating as there was no bathroom or anywhere to sit, it was take-out only.

I would still highly recommend!
