Très déçu de ma dernière commande on avais un rabais de 14$ on a commander pizza & poutine & la pizza plus mince qu une feuille de papier donne un rabais mes couper sur la portion.

Très bonne pizza, première fois que je commande chez Salvatore, j'ai été surpris. C'est dans la même gamme que Normandin ou Mikes. Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus « cheap ». Très achalandé un vendredi soir à 18h30. J'ai commandé sur internet pour 18h30 & j'ai attendu un bon 10minutes à l'intérieur. L'application pour le suivit de la commande n'est pas tout à fait au point. Sinon c'est certain que j'y retourne.

Je suis client depuis l'ouverture. Je passe prendre 1 à 2 commandes par semaines, autant de jour que de soir &... Bouffe, service & Prix...tout est parfait. Parcontre je tiens à souligner le nom d'un nouveau membre depuis 1 an environ... Alex, tu fais vraiment la différence. Merci pour ton service client imppppppppeccable !!!

J'ai fais une commande à la livraison ce soir à 16h30 sur internet, une pizza fondue. Malheurement, je n'ai pas reçue la sauce. Quoi que les erreurs, ça l'arrive. J'ai donc appelée au restaurant pour les aviser, ils m'ont dis que quelqu'un allais venir me les porter. 1h30 plus tard, sans nouvelles, j'ai donc appelée à nouveau. Ils m'ont dis que quelqu'un étais en route. Ce soir a 20h12, je n'ai toujours pas reçue de nouvelles. J'ai passé la commande il y a maintenant presque 4h..

Je souhaite à tout le monde de vivre l'expérience que j'ai eu avec Salvatoré.
J'ai été contacté par le service client suite à un petit différent & leur volonté de nous satisfaire & telle que j'ai réitéré mon expérience & aujourd'hui je suis fier de dire que Salvatoré est proche des ses clients, avec bienveillance & un souci de qualité aussi bien dans leurs produits qu'avec les relations du personnel.
Nos pizzas étaient excellente & mon avis a radicalement changé depuis leur intervention !!
Le livreur était vraiment gentil & très serviable !!
Je n'ai qu'une chose à dire c'est merci !!
À très bientôt pour une prochaine commande !!!
