Our Story
Pizza Verace, located in the District Gourmet of QG Sainte-Foy, is the only place in Quebec where you can eat an authentic Neapolitan pizza, as classified as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. This exceptional ranking enhances both the pizza recipe and the art of the pizza maker.
Steve Speciale and his four Italian chefs Luiggi Coronella, Pietro Davino, Riccardo Cassella and Giovanni Campisi are the only certified members of the Associazione Pizza Verace Napoletana (Real Neapolitan Pizza Association) in the Quebec region.
