J'avais un souvenir très précis de la douceur & du côté tasty de la pizza aux betteraves. C'était encore meilleur hier. La douceur de la betterave, le chèvre en nuage, le sucré du balsamique, le croquant & la fraîcheur de la roquette... Quelle perfection!!
J'ai déjà hâte à mes vacances l'été prochain

mon choix était une Margherita, pour une pizza le choix de la tomate est primordial & celle que j'ai mangé était fade...aussi les feuilles de basilic ont cuit donc au sortir du four elles étaient noircies & sans goût

Quel magnifique endroit avec une vue magnifique sur le fleuve qui propose au menu des pizzas typiquement italiennes cuites dans un four à bois qui goûtent le ciel!
Un arrêt incontournable à Notre-Dame-du Portage, un des plus beaux villages du Québec ☀️
