Arrivez a lheure prévu de notre réservation de 12h15 mais nos pizzas sont arrivés à 1h35 pm.
Mais le proprio nous a offert notre dessert gratuitement.
C'était aussi la première fois que l'attente était aussi longue.
Mais il avait beaucoup de gens pour la fds de la fête du travail,c'est principalement la raison de notre longue attente & non leurs personnels sur le plancher.

An absolutely incredible experience at Pizzeria des Battures.

The pizza was amazing - we had the mushroom & the pancetta, & while both were delicious, the pancetta one is something else entirely. It's like a little cloud of flavor… your mouth starts watering while you're still eating it.

The beer was just as impressive - a NEIPA from Catnip that was simply excellent.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. We're from Argentina & arrived without a reservation at a time when the restaurant was completely full. Still, they welcomed us so warmly & even took the time to set up a table outside for us. From there, we watched the last light of the sun melt behind the mountains - pure magic.

It was a sublime experience. If we didn't live on the other side of the continent, we'd be here every single week.

Margherita des Battures was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. We stopped here for one night on the way to Atlantic Canada & it was so good we stopped in again for another two pies on our way home 10 days later. Be prepared to wait longer than you would expect but it is worth the wait.
