Client habitué de cet établissement, je dois toutefois dire que je vais sérieusement envisager d'aller ailleurs lors de ma prochaine visite.

La nourriture est excellente, comme toujours. En revanche, le service reçu ce soir était décevant & plutôt broche à foin. Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger & de ne pas être les bienvenus.

Peu de temps après que nos assiettes aient été servies, les lumières ont été drastiquement tamisées au point où il devenait difficile de voir ce que nous mangions. J'ai donc demandé à un serveur s'il était possible d'avoir un éclairage adéquat. Sa réponse, sèche & peu professionnelle, a été : « Non, mon boss ne veut pas. »

Je comprends le désir de créer une ambiance, mais il ne faut pas exagérer au détriment du confort des clients. Malheureusement, cette expérience a terni une soirée qui aurait autrement été très agréable.

I paid a visit here last night with my family after a long day of travel. It was only 4:30 p.m., but it was dark outside & we were hungry. We all had pizzas & they were amazing. I personally had a salad as well as Check Gorgonzola. It was eyes roll in the back on your head good. I ordered it on gluten-free dough. It was yummy & didn't taste strange or extra greasy like some do in other restaurants. The atmosphere was great & the staff was really nice. I normally post pictures, but we were so hungry & we just ate it all really fast.
