Bien mais sans plus ! Nos attentes étaient elles trop élevées? Peut-être ! Le service était correct, la burrata n'était pas la plus fraîche ( elle n'a même pas coulé lors de coupe ) , la pâte excellente ( je crois que c'est ça qui a sauvé la pizza.
La bière en fût était température pièce.
Est-ce qu'on va y retourner ? Probablement pas !

Service très lent & 1 heure plus tard on demande ce qui se passe & les pizzas n'était pas encore faite à cause d'un erreur. Je ne peux donc pas dire si c'est bon ou pas car on a quitté.

J'aurais aimé un peu plus d'enthousiasme de la part de notre serveuse Mariloup. Aucun signe de politesse & de sourire de sa part. Nous somme habitué de ce restaurant, nous avons pris le fondant de parmesan en entrée mais nous l'avons retourné car il n'y avait pas de fromage à l'intérieur , aucune excuse de la part de la serveuse. Nous avons aussi pris l'entrée d'antipasti que nous prenons souvent & les portions avaient diminuées nous étions très déçus pour 28$. Ensuite les pizza la moitié de la pizza c'était de la croûte il n'y avait presque pas de garniture . En temps normal nous sommes satisfait mais cette visite était très décevante

J'ai apprécié cet endroit pour son ambiance dynamique. Le service était courtois, accommodant & rapide, ce qui a rendu l'expérience agréable du début à la fin.
On y est aller hors des heures d'achalandage, donc c'était plus tranquille.

La pizza au smoked meat a été une belle surprise; les saveurs étaient bien présentes, la pâte était croustillante à souhait. J'aurais toutefois apprécié une portion un peu plus généreuse de viande, j'avais encore faim après & pour le prix je m'attendais a être bien remplie.

La terrasse n'était pas ouverte lors de ma visite le 23 mai, malgré une belle journée ensoleillée. Pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur aurait certainement ajouté un petit plus à l'ambiance.

Parfait pour prendre un verre entre amoureux ou entre amies ,

Service impeccable, emplacement très pratique pour un bon repas avant cinéma, excellente pizza & bonne variété de choix de vins: Bref un spot que je retourne assez fréquemment! 😊

N'oubliez pas de finir votre croûte de pizza avec de l'huile d'olive & de la balsamique.
